  • We ship to New Zealand and the United States.
  • Shipping times vary depending on destination and product availability. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
  • All customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

We do not accept returns due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our jewellery. However, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece.

All our items are handcrafted in Auckland, New Zealand, and come with a lifetime warranty that includes:

  • Prong tightening
  • Cleaning services
