Q: How long does a custom order take?
A: Custom order lead times vary depending on complexity. We will provide an estimated timeframe at the time of order. TJ Gold & Diamond is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Q: What if my custom order is not as expected?
A: We work closely with every client throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction. If your completed item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
