SHIPPING

Tj Gold & Diamond Offers free standard shipping within New Zealand and USA for all orders over $600 USD.

As engagement rings are custom made to order, they may take up to two weeks to prepare for shipping.
Once your order is shipped, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.

You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order has shipped. Please note, a signature is required for all deliveries.

RETURNS

We do not refund for change of mind on purchases, however, we will fulfil our obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees act. and all USA consumer Protection Laws. All Items comes with 1 Year Manufacturing Guarantee. we offer an exchange for first time purchase for similar ring in case if she does not like it for free.

RETURN COSTS

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for refund or exchange. We recommend you use a tracked post service in case of shipping delays or missing packages.

FAULTY ITEMS

Products that have unrepairable manufacturing faults are able to qualify for a replacement product, or in some cases a refund. For products with small faults, we will endeavour to repair the product for you. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees act or any other applicable law. Faulty items are eligible to be exchanged or returned for a refund up to 1 year ("reasonable time") from purchase as described in the NZ Consumer Guarantees act. Or USA.

We may provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email in some faulty item cases. If you have received a pre-paid label, we require the item to have been sent back to us within 10 days of receiving this label. 

If you are based outside of New Zealand, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you should your item be deemed faulty. Please keep a copy of your shipping receipt for reimbursement.
